Our weaving has been conceived as a pioneering venture, a base for producing world class loom state Grey fabrics. It has been planned and equipment selected specifically keeping in view flexibility & the changing market trends.
The mill building layout and eventual production process have been laid and planned with the ISO 9000 Quality assurance programme in view.
The equipment comprises of the most modern microprocessor controlled machines to ensure optimum efficiency & production levels for weaving of top grade Grey fabric.
A) Commencement Date
Weaving Mills has commence Commercial Production from 01.01.2002.
B) Production Capacity
The state of the art unit will produce Grey Fabric in 100% cotton & polyester / cotton blends form fine shirting’s to heavy drills, twills, satins and sheeting’s with a capacity of 40 million Sq. meter annually.
C) Produce Range & Capability
The weaving machine can weave Grey fabrics in the following width. The following weave pattern can be wovens.
1/1,2/1,3/1,4/1,2/2, as well as different combination weaves like Herring Bone, BFC, Borken Twills etc.The goal is to go for value added articles from fine arn count Ne30, Ne40,Ne60 and dense pickage cloth, catering to high tier market requirement of home furnishing, bed linens, down proofs.
